Stolichnye polyany —

Residential Quarter "Stolichnye Polyany" is located in southwestern Moscow, a 10-minute walk from the Skobelevskaya Street metro station.

The project comprises five residential buildings with underground parking and two kindergartens. All buildings are completed, and a 150-place kindergarten has been put into operation. All building entrances are at ground level. The ground floors already house a grocery store, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, a beauty salon, and other retail and service establishments.

For walking and leisure, there is a central boulevard, and the landscaped courtyards feature children's and sports playgrounds. Nearby, there are schools, kindergartens, clinics, pharmacies, fitness clubs, and entertainment facilities. Greenery from the well-maintained Butovsky Forest Park is visible from windows on two sides of the complex.

The project features a slow-speed zone for e-scooters: from 7:00 AM until midnight, upon entering the quarter's territory, e-scooter speeds are automatically reduced to 15 km/h.
