City Bay is a large-scale business-class project by MR Group, located in the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo district of northwest Moscow. The project’s concept centers on creating a self-contained "city by the water."

Each quarter features its own distinct architecture and character, yet they are all united by a continuous waterfront promenade, a pedestrian boulevard, and a prestigious school. The project combines the advantages of the business-class segment—such as high-quality finishes, enclosed courtyards, and underground parking—with premium-segment features, including signature architecture, designer lobbies, a fitness center with a pool, and river views.

Building heights range from 10 to 59 stories. The two towers in the Pacific quarter, standing 200 meters tall, will be the highest. All apartments feature floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, and some units include private terraces. Ceiling heights range from 2.85 to 3 meters, reaching up to 5.85 meters in the Pacific penthouses.

All lobbies are equipped with waiting areas featuring designer furniture, heated vestibules, stroller storage, pet washing stations, and guest restrooms. The North quarter will feature a standalone, two-level grand lobby complete with a café, library, and meeting rooms.
