The premium-class residential complex I'M, being built by PSN-Group on the site of the former industrial zone in the Zamoskvorechye of the Central Administrative District of Moscow, belongs to elite real estate. Transport accessibility of the I'M residential complex is very good: the exit to the Garden Ring is located just 500 m away, Paveletsky railway station is also located there. Accordingly, Paveletskaya Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away.
