Magnum House is a 6-story boutique residential building located in the Khamovniki district. The structure embodies a “luxury minimalism” style, featuring dark stone, metal, and glass, giving it a refined and modern elegance. The complex comprises only 40 apartments and 4 penthouses. Each apartment, starting from 80 m², includes a winter garden, while the penthouses boast open terraces and taller windows, creating a sense of spaciousness and light.
