Republic is a large-scale residential quarter located in moscow’s presnensky district, where contemporary architecture coexists with carefully restored industrial heritage. the project brings together 10 designer residential towers ranging from 24 to 45 stories, along with 4 historic locomotive depot buildings, creating a unique next-generation urban environment.
republic is more than just a residential complex — it is a fully integrated neighborhood with its own lifestyle concept: a private 4-hectare park, extensive infrastructure, public spaces, and an architectural hierarchy in which each building has its own distinctive character.
