ArtKhaus — luxury premium residential complex

The ArtHouse residential complex is located in the historical center of Moscow. The project of this complex from the workshop of Sergey Skuratov received several awards. The complex is built in the style of industrial design: the roughness of the sloping walls is imitated, the roof seems to "slide" to one side, and windows are panoramic. ArtHouse consists of two buildings of variable number of storeys (5 and 6 floors), United by a promenade paved with clinker bricks. This complex is positioned as a club house, because in building "A" there are only 12 apartments, in building "B" - 18. The apartments square ranges from 80 to 250 sq. m., the ceiling height is impressing – from 3.8 to 5.1 m, while in penthouses – from 9 to 13 m.
