BAKST — deluxe-class club house

The BAKST Club House is located near the Patriarch's Ponds. The house is designed in the style of Russian Art Nouveau. The facade is decorated with panels depicting famous works by Lev Bakst. In total, there are 18 apartments in the house, 7 of which are duplex, with second-light windows inscribed from ceiling to floor. All apartments are equipped with a smart home system.
