Barkli Galleri — deluxe luxury residential complex

The club house is located next to the Tretyakov gallery. Previously, it was occupied by apartment buildings built in 1875 and 1913, which were reconstructed with the preservation of the historical facade. The Barkli Gallery clubhouse was designed by Aedas, an international architectural firm. Inspired by the art of the XX century, the Agency's specialists managed to create a truly unique project that combines elements of neoclassical and modern. The stylish 7-storey building managed to fit seamlessly into the architecture of the district and won the main prize at the Urban Awards as the best residential complex of 2018 in the "elite" class.
