Berzarina 12 — elite residential complex

Residential complex Berzarina 12 is an elite six-storey brick building of club format. In an effort to create a truly “emotional space", architects and interior designers paid great attention to the quality of finishing materials, colors and various details. The facades of the houses are made with the use of granite and clinker bricks. The lobby and public areas are decorated with natural materials and solid wood.
