Blagoveshienskiy 5 — residential complex

An eight-storey apartment building in Blagoveshchenskiy lane was built in 1902. In Soviet times, representatives of the country's creative elite, including Rasul Gamzatov and Arkady Raikin, lived here. The windows overlook the courtyard, the alley and Tverskaya street. The house was renovated, the apartments were renovated with high-quality finishing materials.
