Dom v Bryusovom per., 19 — a boutique club residence near the Kremlin

This luxury apartment complex has been built near the Kremlin. The project is based on an eight-storey atrium equipped with panoramic elevators. This is the only building in Moscow with an internal atrium around which apartments are located. In the house there are 27 apartments, the area of which varies from 130 to 280 sq m, on the upper floors there are penthouses with the area of 600 sq. m with access to an outdoor terrace. The ceilings in the apartments are high, and panoramic windows create an additional sense of space and air.
