EgoDom — a premium-class residential complex

The buildings in the EgoDom residential complex were built using monolithic technology with facing facades with exclusive clinker bricks from Germany. Among the interesting architectural solutions are the heterogeneous texture of surfaces and the use of an interesting color scheme, as well as the alternation of unusual narrow windows and elongated cells "recessed" inside. Every two floors are connected by vertical pylons. Loggias and windows are equipped with Schuco profile systems with noise and thermal insulation properties. There are green gardens on the exploited roof. The entrance groups are decorated with high-quality materials, there is a reception area and a concierge service.
