Isakov's Dohodniy Dom is located in the district of Ostozhenka, Prechistenka, 28. Within walking distance from the complex there is the metro station Kropotkinskaya and Park Kultury. The building was built by the famous Moscow architect Lev Kekushev in the years 1904-1906. There is a large number of small and large details that decorate the building. There is a variety of shapes and sizes of the windows which are decorated with elegant sashes. Two large semicircular and two rectangular balconies (smaller size), located at the center of the building look extremely light and elegant thanks to the openwork forging grids.
