Laki — premium-class quarter

The houses of the quarter are staggered, which provides a large amount of natural light in the apartments. A quarter of the area of the block is occupied by park areas: a green maze, squares, alleys, a French park with bosquets. The landscape filling of the quarter is complemented by the roof of a sports center with a garden – a rare format for urban landscaping in Moscow.

Visually Lucky is divided into two parts: the upper town with residential buildings and the lower town, where the central square is located, which unites the iconic infrastructure of the quarter and serves as a venue for various events, for example, a gastronomic festival or an open-air lecture hall.
