Kollektsiya Luzhniki —

The concept of each collection of houses is supported by unique design solutions for their entrance lobbies, developed by the American firm ODA Architecture.
Access to the grounds is restricted to residents, as is access to the Amenities – private amenities located on the ground and -1 floors of the clubhouse, as well as the private park.
The ergonomics of the LUZHNIKI COLLECTION space were created by the talented British architect Philip Ball. He spaced the clubhouses as far apart as possible (up to 88 meters), ensuring a sense of privacy.

The private park of the LUZHNIKI COLLECTION is formed by the shady garden alleys located in the central part of the project, as well as cozy relaxation areas, creating a secluded atmosphere thanks to the hilly terrain. The LUZHNIKI COLLECTION clubhouses boast state-of-the-art infrastructure, including a renovated promenade, a retail gallery with boutiques and restaurants, a landscaped central Piazza, and a modern, Class A+ office complex.
