Dom Narkomfina — a premium residential complex in the Presnensky District

The "Dom Narkomfina" ("House of the People's Commissariat of Finance") project is a unique example for Moscow of the revival in a new quality of the architectural "pearl" of the constructivist era of the 20-30s of the twentieth century. The authors of the restoration carefully preserved the heritage of avant-garde art, but deeply rethought and adapted the space of the building to modern standards of premium housing.
