Sad-Labirint — luxury boutique residential building

The Sad-Labyrinth residential complex is located in a prestigious area of the center of Moscow, Patriarchal Ponds, in B. Kozikhinsky lane 14, bld. 2. This project is a reconstruction of a classic mansion. The residential complex is a monolithic multi-height building. The facade is lined with high-quality plaster of light tones. The project was so named due to the decoration of the facades with intertwining vegetation. Watering of plants is carried out by an automatic system.
