Starokonyushennyy 45 — luxury boutique residential building

The residential complex "Starokonyushennyj 45" is a seven-storey luxury house built during the reconstruction of an old building, which was designed in 1908 by architect Alexander Biryukov. Most of the building was rebuilt. The historic facade has been preserved, but has been improved in a new exclusive architectural arrangement. Decorative stucco elements and natural stone were used in its cladding. In place of the attic, there was an attic floor, and in the former basement — an underground parking space.
