Timiryazev Park —

The high-rise building of the residential complex "Timiryazev Park" was built in close proximity to the old Moscow park "Dubki" with two ponds, walking alleys and century-old relict oaks. A seven-minute walk away is the Timiryazevskaya metro station and the Savelovsky railway platform, about ten buses and a trolleybus stop near the house.
