Wellton Gold (Vellton Gold) — Residential Complex

The Wellton Gold residential complex is the final part of the Wellton Park integrated development project on Narodnaya Opolcheniya Street in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki. The Krost company is building a 21-storey monolithic house in the constructivist style according to the concept from the Dutch architect-couturier Paul De Vrom. The peculiarity of the new building is the presence on the ground floor of a dance school with training for both amateurs and professionals.
