Vellton park —

Wellton Park is an urban ensemble of 11 houses of different storeys and styles.Wellton Park was created over the course of 15 years by many outstanding architects and experienced engineers. Among them are the team of the KROST architectural bureau, as well as domestic and foreign stars: Rem Koolhaas, Ernst Ulrich Tilemans (Germany), Stefano Severi (Italy), Amandus Zattler (Germany), Alexander Muller (Germany), Constantina Cusack (Great Britain, London), Paul de Vrom (Holland)

The master plan was developed by Rem Koolhaas, winner of the Pritzker Prize (Architectural Oscar), the most prestigious architecture in the world.
