Park na Michurinskom (Park Olimpiyskoy derevni)
Olympic Village park in Michurinsky Prospect reopened after a complex improvement. Legendary Park was built for the Olympics-80. The updated park has a beautiful landscape, fountains, 6 children's playgrounds, a room for mother and child, skiing and running club, the stage on the water, boat station, rental shops, picnic area, area for dog walking, cafes, a bike path that 4 km long, running route (2.7 km), sports grounds for volleyball, basketball, street workout, CrossFit and table tennis, and rope town.
Park Novodevichie pole
A small park stretches between the Novodevichy Convent and the Moscow River. It has two ponds and a beautiful bridge between them. The park has two flower gardens, a good playground for children, a lot of paths and benches. During the winter several small toboggans run form from the Novodevichy Convent to a large pond making the park perfect for sledging.
Park Ostankino
Natural history park "Ostankino" is located in the north-eastern district of the capital. It is a valuable natural complex for the city and a monument to the country's history and culture. This is a unique piece of nature with a masterpiece architecture almost in the center of Moscow. Ostankino Palace is located in a park that preserved an old design. It is surrounded by ponds, huge oaks, and linden trees that are older than 200 years.
Park Pobedy
Victory Park on Poklonnaya Gora is a Moscow park and one of the largest memorial complex in Russia and the world dedicated to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. It is one of the main urban areas for public events. The main alley "The years of war", located between Victory Square and the Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War, includes five terraces, symbolizing the five years of war. It has 225 fountains over the five water surfaces. In the center, there is an obelisk that 141.8 meters high. The park also houses a museum of the Great Patriotic War and an architectural ensemble dedicated to the Victory.
Park Fili
Fili Park is called the active park. For active leisure there is plenty of activities here: a nordic walk, yoga, bikes during the summer and skis and skates during the winter. There are a rope park, zorbing, tubing tracks, 5D cinema, and playground for children and adrenaline lovers. For older people, there is the "Silver Age" club with musical evenings and master-class of historic dance as well as computer lessons, yoga and wellness exercises, and meetings with interesting people. There is a real stable and mini-zoo.
Patriarshie prudy
Patriarshy ponds is the common name of the only pond that survived till present days, surrounding park, and residential district that located in the center of Moscow. It is one of the most famous and legendary places in Moscow. The entire park complex has an area of 2.2 hectares, where the paths and sites occupy 6.323 sqm and the greenery on 7.924 sqm. Park, pond, and pavilion are protected by the state. During the winter, the pond is used as a spontaneous ice rink.
Perovskiy park
The park offers a lot of entertaining and cultural events, numerous exhibitions, concerts, flash mobs, and other activities aimed at organizing leisure for guests. It has an object of cultural heritage the Church of the Theotokos icon of the Sign and several park alleys. There is a children's club, where everything is aimed at the development and fun for kids. A chess club, a reading room, and a cinema are working in the park, as well as many playgrounds.
Petrovskiy park
Petrovsky park is a landscape park complex in the north-western part of Moscow. It is a monument of park art of the 19th century. It is located in an area of 22 hectares. The entire park consists of islands, where some places are densely overgrown with old trees and some are bright sunny glades with flower beds and benches. Landscape designers tried to recreate various natural areas here.
Rostokinskiy Park Millionka
There are pedestrian paths and trails, lanterns and benches, as well as a new playground on the territory. The big festivals like Maslenitsa and Victory Day are celebrated in this park. In the winter the ice rink and children's ice slide are operated. The park is famous for the fact that there is a picturesque Rostokino aqueduct - Aqueduct in Moscow that built during the reign of Catherine II. This is one of the oldest bridges in Moscow.
Sad Akvarium
Sad Aquarium is a small park in the center of Moscow, one of the first amusement gardens of the capital. The garden has a reputation as a "theatrical oasis" as there are Mossovet Theater and the Moscow Academic Theatre of Satire located nearby. This shady garden has flowerbeds, old trees, fireworks, performances, and fountain. The garden has a long history connected with an endless change of owners of nearby theaters.
