LUNAR is a mixed-use development located in Moscow’s Gagarinsky district, close to Neskuchny Garden and Gorky Park, on the first line of Leninsky Prospekt.
The development comprises three buildings: Modules A and C are residential, while Module B accommodates a business centre. The 17-storey Module A comprises 175 apartments ranging from 48 to 231 sq m, while the eight-storey Module C offers 150 apartments ranging from 31 to 52 sq m. Residences are offered with a white-box finish.
The development also features office space, services, retail premises and restaurants, as well as two-level underground parking. The landscaping concept was developed by international practice Gillespies, one of the leading specialists in urban design and landscape architecture, with offices in the UK and Moscow.
LUNAR was developed by HUTTON DEVELOPMENT. The architecture and interiors of the common areas were designed by Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners, with FODD acting as general contractor. The layouts for Module A were developed by Jaime Beriestain Studio. The development has been completed and commissioned.
