Club house Turandot is located in the historical center of Moscow.
The house has two facades. One overlooks the Old Arbat and is adjacent to the Vakhtangov Theater, decorated with masks from the Comedy Del Arte, which does not violate the historical style of the street. The modern facade overlooks the inner green courtyard, on the territory of which there are lawns for sports, tables with benches for a cozy rest. Apartments on this side of the house have spacious balconies and terraces, which allows you to feel privacy.
The interiors are based on sophistication, environmental friendliness and originality, which were brought to life by the British artist Jade Jagger in collaboration with the Yoo interiors bureau.
The architectural supervision of the project was carried out by the Green Design Society, and Pridex was responsible for the construction and engineering equipment. The photography for the residence was made by the recognizable art group AES+F, branding was done by 159 FOUNDATION.
The house has 8 floors, 37 apartments with an area of 75-226.9 sq.m. and 7 penthouses, with an area of 75.3-260.1 sq.m., ceiling height of 3.3 m. A two-level underground parking is provided for 93 parking spaces with electric vehicle charging stations and 5 motorized parking spaces.
The engineering equipment of Turandot Residences is a new level of comfort with the ability to personalize the settings of the apartments for each of the residents.
