Maxim began his professional career in the restaurant industry, where since 2018 he has worked his way up from an assistant bartender to a bar manager. This experience helped him develop key skills such as stress resistance, the ability to find an approach to different people and work effectively in a team. In 2025, Maxim decided to master a new field for himself and chose real estate. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and dreams of creating his own chain of establishments, ranging from small street food outlets to large restaurants. Maxim always strives for excellence, whether it is working with clients or implementing his own ideas, and is aimed at achieving high results.
